Denmark to Norway
After a tasty breakfast we started a short drive to the terminal of Color Line in Hirtshals, with the 'SuperSpeed2' ferry we had booked the three and a half hour crossing to Kristiansund in Norway. After refueling and about an hour waiting time, unfortunately in drizzle, we drove our DeLoreans and the accompanying G280 in the ship’s hold.
The crossing went by quickly in comfortable seats of the ship.
While driving passing the first fjords it cleared up a bit and we arrived at our destination, the Maritim Hotel in Flekkefjord, after about 100 km/60 miles ride in dry weather.
There was awaiting us DeLorean Norway in person by Stian Birkelund who owns three DeLoreans in various conditions, and reporter Lars, who plans a report on our tour for the local newspaper.
After the exchange of information and a tour with Stian’s children in the World-Tour-Delo through Flekkefjord we had a delicious salmon dinner.
Later Wolfgang and Klaus drove to the other side of the fjord for a photo shoot with one of the DeLoreans and were discovered by Flekkefjords youth who had a lot of questions and photo wishes...

Day one of the official tour began with a hearty breakfast at the Hotel Wöbken / Oldenburg and started at 9 clock in the morning first at the gas station. With four times about 100 liters of premium gas, the gas station attendant was happy ...
From Oldenburg we drove to Bremen, Hamburg and to picnic area Brokenlande, where awaiting us Michael from Hamburg and Jens-Eric from Lübeck with their DeLoreans.
Both accompanied us around 100km/60miles to Flensburg, where we were invited by Thilo (also longtime DeLorean owner) for coffee and cake.
Then the trip went further to the the Danish side of the Flensburg-Fjord, where we were able to try the famous 'Anni's Kiosk' delicious Danish hotdogs.
Over not strongly haunted Danish highways the last 330 km were up quickly for northern Denmark, where we checked in at half past seven at the Tars hotel for the night.

Today we started from Augsburg to Oldenburg – with the three DWT-Deloreans and the Mercedes G280 as support car.
Andre is awaiting us in Oldenburg and takes his car there, so Dagmar drives his car – she likes it as you see…
All four DWT-cars drove the 750 km/470 miles without problems – they purrs like kittens
Near Fulda we took a short ‘pit-stop’ at the tire dealer company ‘Reifen-Krieg, before we left we made a photoshooting in front of the headquarter building to say ‘Thanks’ for Coffee & Co.
In the evening we had a delicious asparagus meal in Oldenburg before the ‘official’ tour starts tomorrow.
