Three German Deloreans at the St. Patrick's Day Parade & Faire in Phoenix, Arizona!

The idea to attend was finally formed shortly after the arrival in Vancouver, when Wolfgang googled the date for 2016 and contacted the Arizona Delorean Club.
Actually Phoenix was on our travel plan at a very different date, but after some hours with Excel-sheets Klaus calculated a new route that is practicable.

At 8 o'clock this morning we met the guys of the Arizona Delorean Club at a parking lot close to the event area and drove to the positioning for the parade together.

Green was the dominant color here, somehow the whole thing reminds us of the German carnival parades, but without sweets that are thrown.

Shortly after ten the parade started, one short hour and a drive around the block later everything was finished already. The German World Tour Team was welcomed by the track speaker and rewarded with lots of audience's applause. It was fun in any case!

Because at the area of the St. Patrick's Day Faire (the following Irish festival) only four Deloreans were allowed, we parked our Deloreans at the hotel and drove back in a taxi.
We spent the afternoon with Guinness, tasty food and many conversations with our new friends from Arizona.
