03/11/2016 Las Vegas - Phoenix (USA)

After three days we said goodbye to the glittering world and the city of gamblers and we drove around 310 miles towards south to Phoenix. 30 miles after Las Vegas we made a side trip to the Hoover Dam, which dams the Colorado River to Lake Mead.

The further we got to Arizona, the more cacti were growing on the side of the freeway.

On these long endless highways we are glad that our DeLorean are equipped with an aftermarket cruise control. That makes our trip much more relaxed and easier.

Around Half past 4pm we arrived at our hotel, at 7pm we met with Wolfgang's friends Laura and Hugh Halladay, and Sean, Mark and Ryan (Delorean owner from Phoenix)  for dinner.

Tomorrow we are attending as a guest of the Arizona Delorean Club at the St. Patricks Day Parade.
(St. Patrick = patron of the Irish, Delorean = built in Belfast, Northern Ireland).
