10/31/2015  Golden Rock (Myanmar) - Tak (Thailand)

After an awesome sunrise at Golden Rock we drove back to the basecamp again with passenger-trucks.

Because of the weekend, hundreds of pilgrims waited for the transport back, at the arrival of the empty cars these already were captured in pirate's manner, before the proper parking space was reached.
Apparently it's usual, because also our Mister Win guided us sidewards onto one of the transportation vehicles, and it already started.

About eight o'clock we started towards the Thai border.

The promised four hours travel time became almost six because of the high traffic volume and the narrow bad roads, so we arrived there after a last fuel stop around 2pm.

The exit of Myanmar was ready in 20 minutes, the entry into Thailand took barely two hours, here an entry in our carnets was made.

After about an hour we reached our today’s destination Tak, where our Deloreans got some lubrication service, probably the last one before Australia.
